Ancient Teachings, Modern World—
a spiritual yoga retreat to embody your whole being
FEBRUARY 26—MARCH 5, 2022:
MONTEZUMA, COSTA RICA
"If we relate to the world as a collection of lifeless mechanical processes, it is lifeless for us. If we relate to our bodies as machines, they are machines to us. If we relate to religion as a fantasy, it is a fantasy to us. But if the body is regarded as a divine palace, it becomes a vehicle of enlightenment that can carry us beyond death. If we relate to the natural world as alive, full of spirits and elemental beings, the natural world speaks to us." —Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche, Healing With Form, Energy, and Light: The Five Elements in Tibetan Shamanism, Tantra, and Dzogchen
How can we move from fragmentation into wholeness? It's a question to ask our self, our relationships, and healing humanity. It is neither hopeless nor wishful thinking but requires commitment, presence, and work. Most of all, it practices our capacity to love fully. During our 8 day retreat, we will dive deeply into body intelligence; take in indigenous and ancestral wisdom; and access various energy fields. This will facilitate natural healing, develop your intuition, expand your consciousness, and merge into interconnectedness. Join us in this sacred space to nourish your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual body.
Highlights:
-
Practice body awareness and recognize felt sensations during Hatha yoga and meditation
-
Generate somatic and myofascial unwinding with TRE® (tension-trauma release)

-
