ONLINE 60 min. Private TRE session
Service Description
The 1 hour online TRE session will include: 1. Brief introduction of TRE 2. Guided body scan 3. TRE exercises and up to 20 min. tremoring 4. Rest/integration, grounding and self-regulation. 5. Debrief (share about the experiences; suggestions made by me; Q&A) You will need: *a space that you can comfortably lie down (carpet, floor with a rug, thick blanket, yoga mat, etc.) *a few props to assist your tremoring session (ie. pillows, cushions, throw blanket) *a glass or bottle of water nearby (to clear your energy and ground during or after the session) *a space free from distractions (phone, noise, people walking in. Pets are welcome!) *a space to set up your laptop/computer/iPad. Be familiar with your device to get a sense of me being able to see a headshot of you for chatting; lying down with a side view of you (so I can observe your process). GOOD TO KNOW: -Avoid caffeine or eating a meal at least an hour before the session. -Wear clothes comfortable to lie down in (gym/yoga clothes). -It's best to choose a day/time where you can rest afterwards, get some fresh air outside, or do light activities. In other words, to not rush to into another appointment, back to work, or travel.

In booking this session, you release Tammy Hayano and Hanuman Holistic Living from any and all liability, negligence or other claims arising from or in any way connected with your participation in this session.
