Service Description
The 1 hour Breathwork and Energy Work session will include: -About 30 minutes of circular Breathwork -Approximately 10-20 minutes of Energy Work -Integration & debrief (share about the experiences; insights; Q&A) GOOD TO KNOW: -Wear clothes comfortable to lie down in (gym/yoga clothes). -Avoid caffeine or eating a heavy meal at least an hour before the session. -Have a yoga mat and props (blanket, cushion, pillows) to use. -It's best to choose a day/time where you can rest afterwards, get some fresh air outside, or do light activities. In other words, to not rush to into another appointment, back to work, or travel.

NOTE: Circular Breathwork is not recommended if you are pregnant, have had a recent injury or surgery, have epilepsy, or untreated high blood pressure. If you are unsure if this practice is for you, please feel free to contact me. No refunds on payments made. Re-scheduling is permitted up to 1 month after the original booking.
