Join us for this small group experience for self-care, community, joy, and greater depth on your life journey. During our 5 day women's retreat, we will dive deeply into body intelligence; engage with the universal elements; and connect to a higher frequency. This will facilitate natural healing, develop your intuition, and expand your consciousness. Our setting will be Alameda, California— a unique island nestled between San Francisco and Oakland. This nook of northern California is blessed with abundant sunshine, outdoor adventures, and incredible food. Alameda is known as Bay Area's best kept secret! Enjoy the peacefulness of a small town, yet the diversity, conveniences, and delights of a city.

HIGHLIGHTS:

  • Reflect, process, and tune inward with a group meditation and journal prompt each morning

  • Practice body awareness, flexibility, strength, and balance with Hatha yoga

  • Generate somatic and myofascial unwinding with TRE® (tension-trauma release)

  • Open up your energy flow with Qigong and laughter yoga

  • Process your subconscious levels with Breathwork + Energy work

  • ​Guided bicycle ride along the beach

  • Beach ceremonies

  • Free time to enjoy Alameda and the San Francisco Bay Area: stand up paddleboard (SUP), kayaking, day trip to SF or Oakland, shopping, massage, etc.

Tuesday: Day 1

16:00    Check-in    

18:00    In-house dinner (Indian cuisine)

19:30    Welcome ceremony on the beach

Wednesday: Day 2

07:30   Light breakfast, meditation, journal prompt

09:00   Yoga on the beach (1 hour)

10:30   Guided bicycle ride along the beach (3 hours) 

16:00   Mini Reiki and Tarot readings (at extra cost)

19:00   Dinner at local Thai restaurant

20:00   Personal time

Thursday: Day 3

07:30   Light breakfast, meditation, journal prompt

09:00   Yoga on the beach (1 hour)

10:30   Free time*

17:00   TRE® (tension-trauma release exercises)

18:00   In-house dinner (Mediterranean cuisine)

19:00   Neighborhood stroll to Victorian houses

20:15   Breathwork + Energy Work Awakening 

Friday: Day 4

07:30   Light breakfast, meditation, journal prompt

09:00   Yoga on the beach (1 hour)

10:30   Free time*

18:30   Dinner at upscale Cantonese Chinese restaurant

19:45   Closing Ceremony on beach

Saturday: Day 5

07:30   Light breakfast, meditation

08:30   Outdoor Qigong - Tai Chi

11:00   Check out. Goodbye hugs.

  • 4 night stay at a beautiful historical home in the heart of Alameda

  • Daily light breakfast (coffee/tea/juice, yogurt, granola, fresh fruit, pastries, hardboiled eggs), healthy snacks, and 4 course dinners (catering or at a restaurant)

  • All classes + full support from a highly experienced, trauma-informed, multi-disciplinary, and spiritual facilitator

ACCOMMODATIONS

You'll be staying in the heart of Alameda in a safe, charming, and quiet neighborhood. Natural lighting is throughout the property. This lodging has 4 bedrooms, a full kitchen, laundry on-site, and a lovely backyard. Amenities include: WIFI, portable A/C, fan, hairdryer, iron, and toiletries. Daily housekeeping is not offered. Common spaces will be cleaned daily.

Spacious single occupancy room with 1 queen bed. Jack and Jill shared bathroom with Bedroom 2. 

BEDROOM 2

Double occupancy room with 2 queen beds. Jack and Jill shared bathroom with Bedroom 1. 

BEDROOM 3

Spacious single occupancy room with 1 queen bed. Shared hallway bathroom with Bedroom 4. This room is adjacent to Bedroom 4.

BEDROOM 4

Cozy double occupancy room with 2 twin beds. Shared hallway bathroom with Bedroom 3. This room is adjacent to Bedroom 3.
