GROUP CLASSES AND EVENTS

In this Demonstration of Mediumship, Tammy Hayano and Mikhaëla Beaudet-DeBus will deliver messages from the Spirit World to the audience. Typically, passed loved ones share information about their identity, observations about an audience member's life, and any messages that they have. It is a heartfelt experience to hear from those on the spirit side, knowing that they are still with us.

Please note that not every audience member will receive a message.

Join us for a heart-centered Reiki Share— open to all levels! Each person will have the opportunity to receive and give Reiki in a group or 1:1 setting. All are welcome with the intention to offer their warm, grounded presence.

What to expect:

Family Constellations looks at current personal issues within a larger context, primarily the family system. In working with an energy field (a certain frequency), participants experience and report the felt sensations of any person (or element) they are representing and how the person is relating to others. We acknowledge truths, identify missing elements or blocks, and move towards resolution.

Our Yin + Restorative class instills the practice and benefits of slowing down. By taking time in the poses, we become more aware of our felt sensations and what begins to unfold from deeper within. This nourishing experience offers conscious rest and unwinding for the body, mind, and spirit.

All levels are welcome to develop your mediumship and psychic abilities. We create a safe space to practice with others who are also on a similar spiritual path. The intention is to be in service to the spirit world and humanity.  The format will be:

TRE® is a process that opens up the psoas muscle and creates neurogenic tremors and myofascial release.  This helps to reduce our reactive states of freeze, flight, fight, dissociation, and overwhelm. When the body unwinds, we free ourselves from stress and anxiety. Limited to 8 participants for a focused group process.

We begin with gentle yoga before opening up the psoas muscle for stress and tension release. Experience neurogenic tremors and a somatic process to unwind chronic tightness and pain in the body. We then integrate with restorative yoga. Benefits include better sleep, greater range of motion, and less anxiety.
