The Spring Equinox is a natural pause point—a moment of balance, renewal, and reset. This workshop is designed for those who spend their days caring for others and need intentional space to recharge.

Together, we’ll explore gentle self-care practices and simple energy-clearing tools to support grounding, protection, and emotional boundaries. These practices are accessible and practical, designed to complement the work you already do. Cost: $55 

This event is traditionally called 'Demonstration of Mediumship' or 'Platform Mediumship'. Medium Tammy Hayano will deliver messages from the Spirit World to the audience. Typically, passed loved ones will share information about their identity, their feelings, and any messages that they have about the audience member's life. It is a heartfelt experience to hear from those on the spirit side, knowing that they are still with us. $25 Early Bird til 3/20. $33 regular. 

Our Yin + Restorative class instills the practice and benefits of slowing down. By taking time in the poses, we become more aware of our felt sensations and what begins to unfold from deeper within. This nourishing experience offers conscious rest and unwinding for the body, mind, and spirit.

All levels are welcome to develop your mediumship and psychic abilities. We create a safe space to practice with others who are also on a similar spiritual path. The intention is to be in service to the spirit world and humanity.  The format will be:
• guidelines and instructions
• meditation / Sitting in the Power
• working in pairs, small groups, etc. 
• debrief, Q&A
