All services are intended for personal insight, spiritual growth, educational, and entertainment purposes only. Any benefits or claims are based on our personal experience with clients. 

• Tammy is not a licensed medical doctor, psychologist, psychotherapist, lawyer, or financial advisor.

• Any information, guidance, or predictions given do not constitute medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice and must not be relied upon as such.

• You remain fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes after any session, course, or event.

2. Recording & Marketing Use

• Private 1:1 readings are not recorded.

• Participants will be notified of any recorded events in advance. By attending any recorded event, you grant us an unrestricted, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your likeness, voice, and participation in such recordings for promotional purposes.

 

3. Intellectual Property

• All course materials, recordings, guided exercises, and written content are the intellectual property of Tammy Hayano and Hanuman Holistic Living.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, share, or sell any content without written permission.

• Materials are for personal, non-commercial use only.

 

4. Client Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual:

• Displaying disrespectful, abusive, or disruptive behavior

• Violating community agreements during group sessions

• Misusing or distributing our materials

 

5. Confidentiality

All private readings and 1:1 sessions are held in strict confidence.

You are welcome to share your experience, but we will never share your session details publicly without your explicit consent.

 

6. Use of Testimonials

If you voluntarily provide feedback or testimonials (written or video), you grant us permission to use your words (first name only or anonymously) for promotional purposes, unless you explicitly request otherwise.

 

7. Liability Waiver

By participating in any of our services, you agree to:

• Take full responsibility for your own health, wellbeing, and decisions

• Release us from any liability for outcomes resulting from your use of our services or content

• Acknowledge that results vary for each individual and are not guaranteed
