Join us for a full day of heart lifting practices! A radiant heart needs love and care. Together we will empower the heart space with a variety of experiences.
CACAO CEREMONY: 30 min.
We begin with an intention to connect to the heart through ceremonial cacao. You'll be offered a small cup of this
ancient Mayan/Aztec plant medicine to drink.
LAUGHTER YOGA: 30~40 MIN.
A lively yogic breathing practice wrapped in silliness. Your inner child is going to love it!
