NOV. 30 — DEC. 5, 2023:

If we relate to the natural world as alive, full of spirits and elemental beings, the natural world speaks to us."

—Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche, Healing With Form, Energy, and Light: The 5 Elements in Tibetan Shamanism, Tantra, & Dzogchen

Aaaah. The Maldives. Paradise found. Islands in itself carry a powerful vibration of bliss, healing, and spiritual connection. During our 6 day retreat, we will dive deeply into body intelligence; work with the universal elements; and access a higher frequency. This will facilitate natural healing, develop your intuition, and expand your consciousness. Join us for this nourishing experience— a true gift for your whole being.

From the island of Thoddoo, we warmly welcome you to Hudhufas Villas. Located west of the capital Male, it is known as the agricultural island of the Maldives. You can expect an abundance of fruit fresh from the farms every day, including watermelon, papaya, passion fruit, mango, and coconut!

For Tammy, life is an inward and outward journey to expand the relationship with our self, each other, and Mother Earth. She facilitates modalities that bridge the body, mind, heart, and spirit. Tammy loves being in the role of a student
as much as sharing the work with others. Since 2013, Tammy has led yoga retreats and workshops in Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Cambodia, China, Japan, Mexico, and Hawaii.  Her classes, workshops, and international retreats consistently receive excellent reviews on TripAdvisor, BookYogaRetreats, and WeTravel.

"I attended Tammy's retreat in Mexico, and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made for myself. It truly was a transformative experience. Tammy is so knowledgeable and very gentle in her practice. She offers a variety of practices and activities all of which are essentially invitations to look within yourself. I learned so much about both myself and life on this retreat, and Tammy was the catalyst that I needed. I had little to no yoga experience prior to coming to this retreat, but did not at all feel overwhelmed or lost during our yoga sessions. Tammy is very sensitive and responsive to people's individual needs and limitations, which I very much appreciated".~ Joelle, Canada
